Donderdag 26 juni op National Geographic, 20.00 - 20.30, de documentaire Making it, over de 32-jarige Servische fotografe Vesna Pavlovic.
Vesna's pictures, capturing her country's turbulent recent history, have been published and exhibited extensively throughout Serbia and abroad. But Vesna doesn't stick to this turbulent past. She looks ahead, both in her personal life and her professional life. Today she works for a basketball-magazine (basketball is one of the most popular sports in Serbia. The national team recently won the world championship). Vesna photographs cheerful Serbians watching the games: hoping and waiting for a better future.
